Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Development Programme Coordinator to join our Cost Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the graduate development program, ensuring the smooth delivery of training and development initiatives.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Coordinating the graduate development program, including scheduling, logistics, and administration.
  • Developing and delivering training sessions and workshops for graduates.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and programs.

You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and programs across different sectors, including infrastructure, real estate, and energy.
