Summer Programme Manager Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Summer Programme Manager to lead the operation of our summer programme at PLUS Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the camp, including staff management, activity coordination, and stakeholder communication.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of all camp operations, including setting up and closing down the camp
  • Coordination of airport transfers, excursions, and meal plans
  • Line management of Welfare Officers, Activity Leaders, and Activity Managers
  • Maintenance of clear communication with Head Office, campus teams, Group Leaders, and cater teams
  • Ensuring safeguarding measures are in place, risk assessments are conducted, and routine safety checks are completed
  • Organisation of staff rotas, payment reports, and administrative processes

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role or environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of approximately £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience
