About the Role

We are seeking an experienced pension scheme coordinator to join our team. As a pension scheme coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various tasks related to pension schemes, including data processing, benefits calculations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate annual projects such as renewals, benefit statements, and life assurance.
  • Monitor ongoing procedural developments and implement changes to procedures where required.
  • Provide informal training and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Handle internal and external telephone queries.
  • Perform manual benefits calculations.
  • Produce ad-hoc letters using Electronic Document Management system (EDM).

Requirements:

  • Previous pensions administration experience of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes.
  • Graduate or good standard of education with minimum Grade C in GCSE Maths and English.
  • Experience of current pensions legislation and framework is essential.
  • IT proficient, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
