As a Senior Pensions Administrator with ENGINEERINGUK you will oversee the management of monthly and annual processes on the team, ensuring they are completed in line with customer and legislation requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the accuracy, performance, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the team, taking action to ensure targets are met.
  • Handle complex pensions queries and scrutinise the work of less experienced team members.
  • Update relevant pension administration databases and systems, performing manual and automated benefits calculations as needed.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in pensions administration, particularly with Defined Benefit (DB) schemes.
  • Familiarity with current pensions legislation and framework.
  • IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent.
