About the Role

As a Sales Team Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales revenue growth, managing and motivating your team to achieve monthly targets, and developing strategies to improve sales and earnings. You'll work closely with our Sales Director to monitor team performance, set individual and team targets, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure consistent profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Monitor team performance against revenue targets and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and earnings, with a focus on new acquisition business
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure consistent growth and development
  • Report daily team stats and updates to the Sales Director
