About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at Cedar Care Homes Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing resident-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other care professionals to deliver high-quality care, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide resident-centred care, prioritising the needs and preferences of each individual
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support residents with medication management and administration
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents
  • Participate in care planning and review, ensuring individualised care plans are in place
