Your new role at Hays Business Support involves providing exceptional customer experience to internal and external visitors. This full-time, permanent position is based in Exeter and requires a highly professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Meet and greet visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  2. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, scanning, and document production.
  3. Maintain stock levels and process orders for stationery and IT consumables.
  4. Ensure the workplace meets health and safety compliance procedures.
  5. Liaise with engineers and contractors to resolve any issues.
  6. Arrange conference facilities and provide Reception cover.
  7. Serve refreshments and food to clients.

Key Requirements:

  1. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask.
  2. Excellent IT literacy and experience.

What You'll Get:

28 days holiday per year and 5% pension contribution.
