Job Title: Temporary Weekend Receptionist

We are seeking a temporary weekend receptionist to cover the front desk of our office in Exeter, UK.

This is a rolling contract with Saturday and Sunday hours. The hourly rate is £11.44 - £12 per hour, dependent on experience.

About the Role:

The receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, dealing with customer enquiries, and portraying brand values as the first point of contact for clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.
  2. Confidently manage the reception area, maintaining a neat and inviting environment.
  3. Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
  4. Provide administrative support across the business when required.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or similar customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and positive attitude, always eager to help and contribute to the team.
