Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Duty Managers, Supervisors, Security Controllers, and Security Officers to plan and deliver security operations 365 days a year.
- Work with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless security operations.
- Develop and implement security strategies to support the business's objectives.
- Manage and maintain budgeting for the Security department and its suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with audit, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the venue's security operations to clients and their appointed security leads.
- Collaborate with Transport organizations and the Met Police to develop a positive partnership.
- Investigate security breaches and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Proven experience in a similar capacity within a high-footfall environment.
- Leadership and management skills to foster a positive team culture.
- Cost management and revenue opportunities expertise.
- NEBOSH Diploma or similar H&S qualification.
- Awareness of Fire and Security Systems.
- Ability to obtain SIA Door Supervisor Licence and SIA CCTV Licences.
