Talent Development Specialist

At Together Financial Services Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Leadership Development Partner to join our Talent Development team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing exceptional talent within our business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective leadership frameworks and programs to support the growth and development of our leaders.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to identify skill gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs that meet the needs of our business areas.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for our talent development initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of our talent development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in leadership development and talent management.
- Strong understanding of organizational development and change management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven and able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
