At Together, we strive to create an environment where every colleague can reach their full potential. As a Talent Development Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting this goal by working closely with HR and department leaders to identify skill gaps and develop colleague growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, particularly in allocated business areas;
  • Collaborate with People Partners to assess and identify talent within business areas;
  • Act as a point of contact for business areas to advise on learning interventions and talent and succession plans;
  • Contribute to shaping the Talent Development Strategy to add value to the business, colleagues, and strategic objectives;
  • Monitor, analyze, and measure work with metrics that demonstrate value-add;
  • Lead or support talent programs and projects;
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development and People teams to ensure alignment in approach and commitments to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business partnering;
  • Proven experience in talent identification and activation activities;
  • Collaborative personality with excellent people skills and a team-player attitude;
  • Experience in diagnosing learning needs and proposing effective solutions;
  • Ability to demonstrate success with metrics.
