**Brook Street Social Care**: A leading provider of residential care and support to children and young people.

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager to oversee the management and leadership of a 3 bedded residential home for children and young people with Emotional Behavioral Disorders (EBD) aged 8-18.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar setting as a Deputy/Registered Manager, holding a Level 5 Leadership & Management CYP qualification or working towards it. They will be professional, proactive, and passionate about making a difference to young people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide support and lead a team in the provision of care and support to children and young people with EBD, and behaviours that may challenge.
  • Staff recruitment and training to ensure all staff are compliant with OFSTED regulations.
  • Liaise with relevant agencies and colleagues, including Safeguarding Lead and RI.
  • Manage budgets and ensure all appropriate documentation is up-to-date in line with company policies & procedures.
  • Conduct staff appraisals and performance management.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all young people and staff within the home.
