Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience) per annum, plus a range of benefits including career development opportunities and support for Level 5 qualifications.

Job Description
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain high standards of care and support for young people.
  • Work closely with external partners, including The Princes Trust, to open doors to opportunities for young people in your care.
  • Confidence in working with Ofsted and other regulatory bodies.
  • Passion for supporting young people from challenging backgrounds.
  • Full-time position with career development opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of managing children's homes and ensuring high standards of care.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with external partners and stakeholders.
