International Finance Leader for Charity Success

Company Overview

Zest4Talent is an international recruitment agency specialising in charity and not-for-profit placements. We are working with a reputable charity based in Surrey to find an experienced Finance Director.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a senior finance professional, preferably in the charity or not-for-profit sector. A qualified accountant (CIMA or AAT) with a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting is essential.

A salary of around £80,000-£90,000 per annum is on offer, plus excellent benefits including partial remote working, flexible hours, and 5 weeks' holiday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial control and management of the charity's finances, including annual reports and accounts, month-end reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • To identify financial opportunities for the charity, including investment and fundraising initiatives.
  • To work closely with the board of trustees and chief executive to provide strategic financial guidance and support.
  • Negotiation of key commercial contracts.
