Job Summary:

Get Golfing CIO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Clubhouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clubhouse, providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Clubhouse Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the clubhouse, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional member experiences.
  • Supervise and train staff, promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring they provide excellent service to members and guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Help manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to maintain appropriate levels and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clubhouse, ensuring a welcoming environment for members and guests.
  • Support the Clubhouse Manager in planning and executing banqueting events.
  • Address member and guest concerns and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a clubhouse or hotel setting.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Passion for providing excellent service and creating a positive guest experience.
