We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a key ambassador of our brand, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Farnborough store.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including store experience and achieving store KPIs.
- Manage a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
