Senior Nurse in Charge

We are currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a home manager and hold qualifications such as NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN or SVQ Level 4 in Care Services Leadership and Management. You should be able to lead, develop and motivate a team, and possess excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals
- Provide outstanding care to residents
- Oversee the commercial aspects of the nursing home
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports

- A competitive annual salary of £52,500 - £57,500 per annum
