Leadership Role in Project Management

Oxbury & Company is a reputable company in the industry, and we are looking for an experienced project manager and employer's agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Lead on the delivery of project management and employer’s agent services, ensuring all projects are completed within time, budget, and quality parameters.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for future projects.
The estimated salary for this position is 45,000 pounds per annum, based on industry standards and location. Salary range is between 44,000 - 55,000 pounds per annum.
This role requires a chartered surveyor status or equivalent experience, strong project management skills, including risk assessment, budgeting, and scheduling, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team.
