As a Technical Project Lead, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced technologies, working closely with experienced engineers and researchers. You will be responsible for designing, building, and testing mechanical systems for the ocean environment, integrating electrical and software systems, and hands-on assembly and repair of machines and prototypes.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical knowledge and skills in areas such as structural engineering, analysis, and CAD. Experience with COMSOL, MATLAB, LabVIEW, Solidworks, Altium, and other relevant tools is also required. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to write technical proposals and lead project teams effectively.

Our team offers competitive salaries, bonuses, and benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
