About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Mid Essex. As a key member of our care services team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to maximise their independence and achieve individualised goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out initial assessments and outcome-focused support planning
  • Engage with customers in various settings to understand their needs and goals
  • Work closely with our integrated team of health and social care workers to maximise support available to customers
  • Conduct customer reviews to ensure goals are being met and make adjustments as needed

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A QCF Diploma or NVQ Level 2 in a relevant area, with a willingness to obtain Level 3
  • Experience working in care
  • A driving licence and use of a personal vehicle for work purposes
  • Confidence travelling around the Essex area
  • An enhanced DBS check, which can be arranged through ECL if needed
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Solid IT skills and the ability to work independently
  • A proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused work ethic
