Clinical Deputy Manager

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Nairn House Care Home in Enfield. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
- Creating and updating individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records.
- Building lasting relationships with the residents and the people they care about, as well as caring about the home itself - fostering a sense of community.
- Creating and developing strong relationships with local partners, liaising with these partners, and playing an important role in raising the care home's profile in the local area and beyond.
You'll be a qualified nurse with a valid UK NMC pin and a strong commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development. You'll also be passionate about promoting independence, choice, and dignity in the lives of our residents.
