Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join This is Alexander Faraday Recruitment as a Global Shop Development Coordinator. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a global retailer who partners with well-known brands.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the brand and personalisation program for in-store brand partners.
  • Ensure personalisation projects meet both brand partner and company standards.
  • Liaise with store and commercial teams to scope requirements and design guidelines.
  • Ensure that brand installations meet specific guidelines and business needs.
  • Liaise with local teams to ensure technical requirements are included where necessary.
  • Monitor brand implementation and provide weekly reports to brand partners.
  • Be accountable for preparing and reviewing packs and proposals.
  • Define characteristics for brand spaces and fixtures personalisation.
Requirements:
  • Formal design or architecture education.
  • AUTOCAD user essential.
  • Retail design experience is highly desirable.
Work Arrangements:

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days working from home. The candidate will need to be in the office for the first 4 weeks to get familiar with the role.
