Job Description

Role Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team at Mercedes-Benz. As an HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex HR data to inform business decisions and support strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Insights

  • Analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Work with key HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR data analysis.

HR Systems and Data Management

  • Collaborate with IT or external vendors to optimize HR data management systems and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Cleanse and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Ensure data storage, usage, and process are compliant with GDPR.

Training and Guidance

  • Provide training and guidance to HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques.

Requirements
Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
  • Ability to identify gaps in processes or operations and provide solutions.
  • Working experience in HR, Finance, or Banking areas.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI or similar data-related software.
  • Data warehousing experience and HRIS (desirable, not necessary).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adapt a continuous learning mindset.
  • Proactive and detail-conscious.
