HR Data Analyst

As a Data Insights Specialist in our HR department, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex HR data to inform business decisions. Your strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools will enable you to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within our HR data. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and interpret HR data to inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations
* Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to data analytics
* Cleanse and validate HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
