About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fragrance Development Specialist to join our R&D team at Interaction Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for testing and evaluating fragrances in consumer products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare product bases (up to 10kg) for testing.
- Perform various tests like UV, panel, and viscosity testing.
- Maintain daily records of tests and enter data into internal systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Cosmetic Science or a Chemistry-related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an FMCG development lab.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal data systems.
