Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Assistant to join our team at BAE Systems (New), providing administrative support across various functions.
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records, ensuring data traceability and responsiveness to queries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Utilise company systems to process documents, manage data, and maintain filing systems.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, facilitating easy retrieval of information.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) requirements, actively contributing to a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration, customer service, or related field.
- GCSE A*-C or 9-4 (or equivalent) including Maths & English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with diverse teams and stakeholders.
