Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary
The Charalle Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Facilities and Business Operations Manager. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and facilities management services to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Manage meeting room bookings, IT equipment, and refreshments as required.
- Process and distribute mail, including DX, and handle legal documents such as photocopying, filing, and scanning.
- Enter data, manage databases, and assist with archiving.
- Order office supplies, couriers, and taxis as needed.
- Perform manual handling and small repairs.
- Handle cheques, petty cash, and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an office junior, customer service, or administrative assistant is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- At least 5 GCSEs' grade A to C or equivalent is preferred.
