We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Relationship Specialist to join our Direct Sales and Online Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving profit and margin objectives, and supporting the team in reaching individual targets.

A high level of telephone interaction is required, as well as effective communication skills, both verbal and written. The ideal candidate will have a driven approach, be self-motivated, and possess a positive attitude.

In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £27,500 - £28,500 per annum, plus up to 50% discretionary bonus and a range of excellent benefits.

About the Role
  • Customer Service Focus: Providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Achieving Profit and Margin Objectives: Working towards and exceeding targets to drive business growth.
  • Building Relationships: Nurturing existing relationships and developing new ones with clients and dealer sales personnel.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Building, managing, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to drive business success.
  • Team Support: Collaborating with the team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Requirements
  • A-Levels/BTEC or equivalent (minimum), degree beneficial.
  • Knowledge of hire purchase, leasing, or B2B lending (ideal).
  • Understanding of financial services regulation and industry standards.
