Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team at Mundy Veneer Limited.

About Us:

Mundy Veneer Limited is a leading supplier of fine wood veneers and interior architectural surface materials. Our passion for wood, coupled with a love of colour and exemplary design, has earned us a reputation as the go-to provider in the industry.

The Role:

This role is critical in supporting customers, architects, interior designers, and contractors throughout the product selection and order management process. You will provide bespoke solutions and expert advice, building and maintaining strong relationships while contributing to business development.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and acting in their best interests
  • Providing a unique and bespoke service to each client, advising on the best products and services
  • Responding quickly to inbound inquiries and supporting through to order
  • Providing samples, quotes, and sales orders to ensure a smooth sales order process
  • Immersing yourself in the industry, learning everything there is to know about the products and services you can offer
  • Assisting with projects and pulling together as a team in busy periods to ensure important orders are met with care and accuracy
  • Representing the company with site visits to customers, suppliers, and at trade fairs

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Established sales experience
  • Some knowledge and interest in the design world
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to secure good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
  • Ability to execute and deliver the company's strategic goals
  • Highly driven, motivated, ambitious, energetic
  • Must be able to share ideas and projects with the team to ensure the best possible results
  • Take instruction when necessary
  • Adaptable and flexible in approach
