We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Ambassador to join our team at OpenTable. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our restaurant partners and diners alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering complex customer questions via phone, email, or chat
  • Logging contacts and issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing outstanding service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

As a Customer Support Ambassador, you will work closely with our restaurant partners to resolve issues and provide solutions to their customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of customer support experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and fluency in English and German. Additionally, knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems, as well as iOS and Apple Hardware knowledge, is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits including vacation time, health insurance, and a pension fund.
