About the Role:

This is a challenging and fast-paced position in a busy community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial assessments for children and young people referred to the service, ensuring safeguarding, risk management, and care planning are implemented to the highest standard.

The post holder will work closely with the Service Manager, Team Leader, and other clinical staff to provide effective patient-centered care. Additionally, administrative colleagues will support the team with systems and recording data appropriately.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in mental health nursing

">

- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

">

- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and prioritizing the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals

">
