Mental Health Care Assistant

**Job Description:** Cygnet Hospital Bury is recruiting for a highly motivated and caring Mental Health Care Assistant to join our CAMHS team.
This rewarding role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to children and adolescents with mental health needs. As a full-time Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting service users to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to service users, promoting independence and self-confidence
- Participate in group activities and therapeutic sessions to support social skills development
- Monitor and record service user progress, identifying areas for improvement
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless care transitions
