Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Mental Health Nurse to work in our busy community CAMHS team.
The successful candidate will undertake initial assessments for children and young people referred into the service, ensuring safeguarding, risk management, and care planning are implemented to the highest standard.
In addition, the post holder will be required to provide effective patient-centred care and support Admin colleagues with systems and recording data appropriately.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Must live locally to commute
- Proven post-qualifying experience
