Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

A leading Regional Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent basis. Based in Hertfordshire, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective commercial control on allocated projects, including provision of timely and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective commercial control of projects, including provision of timely and accurate documentation
  • Establishment of targets and re-measurement of labour outputs
  • Cash management, including pursuit of timely Applications and Certification
  • Keeping the Managing Surveyor informed of account progress
  • Contract Administration, including attending project and client meetings
Requirements:
  • Track record working for a reputable main contractor or residential developer
  • Experience working on large residential developments
  • Excellent commercial skills and awareness
  • Full Driving License
