We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
  • Administer tender processes, and construction contracts, evaluating variations, and negotiating settlements
  • Lead procurement activities, including tendering and contractor/subcontractor selection
  • Carry out early-stage cost plans and estimates or manage the delivery of detailed cost plans and bills
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
  • Chair project meetings and report to key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • RICS chartered status or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in quantity surveying in the UK
  • Sound knowledge of construction contracts, especially JCT, cost management, and procurement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
