Job Overview

About the Role

As a Relief Social Care Worker, you will be part of our trauma-informed team, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for our young people.

  • You will work closely with our team to provide a relational and warm approach to our young people and families.
  • You will demonstrate core values in line with 'The Promise' while advocating for the rights of our young people.
  • You will tailor your approach to individual needs, aligning with Dan Hughes' Dyadic Developmental Practice.
  • You will work within current legislation, policies, and procedures through partnership with other professionals and agencies.
  • You will evidence a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement.

The estimated salary for this role is £72 per hour. Good availability for weekdays and weekends is essential, as well as willingness to work in all four children's homes when needed.
