Senior Financial Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our Financial Reporting team at Refresco Beverages US Inc. on a fixed-term contract basis during our ERP implementation project.

This pivotal role will involve working closely with the Financial Accounting Controller, taking the lead on the technical aspects of the team. The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for driving key financial processes, ensuring smooth and accurate reporting during this transformative phase.

Key responsibilities include delivering key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, validation of completeness and accuracy of the financial submission, and support of acquisition accounting and structure changes.

Additionally, the Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for the business fixed asset accounting process, budget and forecast for Capital and Depreciation items, and monthly tracking, reporting, and analysis of spend.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a large financial accounting department, within a medium or large-scale organisation, and will be CIMA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with several years of post-qualification financial accounting experience.

The successful candidate will be a team player, with a collaborative, supportive style of leadership, using their considerable expertise to coach, develop, and guide colleagues.

They will have excellent influencing and communication skills, enabling them to build fantastic relationships with all stakeholders across the Refresco Beverages US Inc. business.
