Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for completing the weekly procurement process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to site while maintaining cost consciousness.

You will apply correct P&L coding and receive goods to ensure accurate month-end results, resolving queries promptly.

You will help produce clear and accurate weekly results and accounts for clients and internal customers, providing informative analysis of data to the operation.

You will actively promote a continuous improvement culture within the team and work with stakeholders to improve processes that impact the department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in a similar finance assistant position, preferably in logistics.

You must be able to analyze data and communicate results effectively to the operation.

Experience with MS Excel is essential, with a creative approach to building new files to aid analysis and reporting.

AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable, or you may be willing to study towards it.
