Salary: £24,044 - £25,433 per annum (pro rata).

About the Role: As an Administrator Home Working Hybrid, you will play a key role in supporting our Human Resources team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support for various tasks across the employee lifecycle, ensuring we meet the needs of our customers and deliver an excellent HR recruitment service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating our in-house database with accurate and timely information.
  • Collating data using Excel and MS Teams, including reviewing and processing relocation & visa claims, as well as interview expenses.
  • Ensuring compliance with immigration requirements by maintaining correct documentation.
  • Assisting the Recruitment Team with administrative tasks, such as coordinating interviews and generating reports.
  • Supporting the yearly Work Experience programme by coordinating logistics and communicating with stakeholders.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have well-developed administration and organisational skills, be able to follow processes and work independently, and possess the ability to recognise obstacles and seek solutions. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Teams.
