Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address patient needs and concerns
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A current RN license in the state of practice
- Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing (not required but preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
