Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and develop strategies to prevent or manage them
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A current RN license in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of experience in dialysis or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
