Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for delivering high-quality services. As a Registered Nurse in our outpatient dialysis unit, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a dialysis setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
