Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at RTW Renal Treatment Centers - West, Inc. As a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our team to provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
