Care Professional for Home and Community Support

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Bluegrove House Care Home in Peckham, London.
About the RoleIn this rewarding position, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide companionship, communication, and engagement with residents
- Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, and oral care
- Prompt, assist, or administer medications and creams as required
- Assist with healthy meals, snacks, and beverages
- Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
- Support residents with mobility issues to maintain their independence
- Plan and participate in social activities, trips out, and events within the home
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 24 months' right to work in the UK
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and nights
