We are proud to be part of The Business Connection, a leading recruitment agency. We are seeking a talented Payroll Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing.

This role requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our Payments Manager to ensure timely and accurate payments, as well as provide a support service for individual clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process employee and subcontractor payments in an accurate and timely manner, taking into account agreed payment days and payment methods.
  • Manage statutory payments and pension auto enrolment.
  • Resolve any payroll-related issues, providing clear explanations and solutions.
  • Assist with the submissions of FPS to comply with RTI regulations.

We offer a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, where you can grow and develop your career.
