About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd in Chesterfield. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students in developing positive behaviour and social skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting 1:1 and group sessions to support students in developing positive behaviour and social skills.
  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and colleagues to create a pleasant and supportive learning environment.
  • Building strong working relationships with students and acting as a positive role model.
  • Setting individual targets and monitoring them closely to help design appropriate learning material.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar field.
  • Strong communication and verbal skills.
  • A valid DBS certificate.
  • The ability to drive to work.
  • Team Teach or equivalent training (desirable).
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.
