We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious individual to join our team as a Venture Capital Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our world-class team of venture capital investors to identify and support exceptional founders and their companies.
As a Venture Capital Associate, you will be responsible for building and informing your mental models of company building and talent identification. This includes developing a personal thesis on where and how to find high-potential founders, building relationships with the people you have identified, and becoming a trusted advisor to the individuals and teams you work with.
We are looking for someone who is driven, a discerning judge of others, and understands and appreciates technology's potential for impact. If you are a network builder who is drawn towards smart people who are doing interesting things, we want to hear from you.
