Utility Account Executive

This role includes but is not limited to:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a knowledgeable and responsible main point of contact for allocated clients, develop and maintain trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders, and continually manage and maintain CRM records.
- Commercial: Deliver on challenging financial targets, proactively identify and manage a pipeline of retention and business development opportunities, and understand the range of services offered and how these may form solutions addressing client needs.
- Technical: Keep abreast of industry developments, support/prepare fixed and flexible tender proposals, and deliver actionable presentations based on a thorough understanding of clients' needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years of in-depth knowledge of the energy/utilities/sustainability services industry, demonstrable experience of working with clients on flex supply contracts, and strong MS Office (particularly Excel) and CRM skills. You should also have a positive work ethic, be able to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and manage requests across multiple clients. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel are essential.
