About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Companion to join our team at Home Instead Lytham, Fylde and Wyre. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help prevent loneliness and isolation
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and drinks, promoting healthy eating habits
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines

  • Competitive pay rates, up to £15 per hour, plus time and a half on Bank Holidays and 45p per mile
