We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
- Assist with medication management and other healthcare-related tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
